Probate Solicitor

We are a city-based leading firm, dynamic, diverse, and developing firm. An amazing opportunity has arisen at our Chancery Lane office for an experienced Wills and Probate/ Private Client solicitor. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years PQE and the skills and ambition to establish and develop our Wills and Probate/ Private Client department. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for independence and responsibility at the same time.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 3 years PQE+
• Have the ability and desire to work independently
• Have a proven track record of successful cases
• Have experience in supervising and team leadership
• Have experience in cases all across the Wills and Probate/ Private Client spectrum including strong and technical knowledge of estate administration, drafting of wills, trust matters, power of attorney and contentious probate matters
• Be committed to the role and expansion of the family department
• Be capable of handling a demanding and developing caseload
• Be capable of expanding the client base and caseload.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
